Blue Monday

Apparently today is Blue Monday - the lowest day of the year (still January/still poor/still weighted down by Christmas pounds etc etcetc)

And even if this is just a myth created by travel agents to make us all book a summer holiday I have a cheaper and cuddlier cute for the blues :)

Take this boy out to a cafe



Where he will entertain you happily with important chatter and make choosing a slice of cake a joy



Add in a cuddly baby





And an enormous slice of chocolate cake with a small (!) side of ice cream



Somebody may just have charmed the lady serving!



Eat!

Point out to your baby sister the smaller portion of ice cream that you will allow her to share


Don't really share the rest at all!






Follow with a session of Tumble Tots and a long nap!

Poor Rosalind never recovered from not being given her own cake however and had a blue grizzly Monday until Daddy came home to rescue her :)) Daddy's promised to take her out for her very own cake soon!
