Day on the bus with Orla

A random spring Saturday (The daddy's had gone AWOL- work/hangovers) so 2 mummies, 2 toddlers, 1 baby and 1 bump went into Manchester on a very tall bus!

Getting a little bit wilder as we get off our seats to explore


Get these two - so laid back! As if they're always heading into town on a bus


Once we hit Manchester we needed go no further than the Piccadilly Gardens fountains for a wild and very wet time to be enjoyed!


Two very distinct strategies emerged here, Orla's careful exploration of the periphery of the fountains and Gabriel's fixed determination to get as wet as he possibly could!


























Fortunately just before he got too soaked we found some pigeons which just had to be chased

And then pancakes for lunch!








Uh oh it's back to the fountains & this time there was no stopping the wildness! Orla sensibly stated warm & dry while Gabey decided to drink the fountains!

Of course the very best thing about your best friend staying dry is the fact you can borrow their boots, clothes, spare socks & cardigans when you are wet, cold & have a long walk home!
