Ode to an Aunt

It's been a pretty grim few months with very poorly dogs, grey sleeting rain,tough work situations, sleepless nights, the general exhaustion of 2 under 2's etc etc etc joyful but exhausting. So when a lovely card with an incredibly generous cheque arrived from our Aunty/Great Aunty Melanie arrived for no reason Gabey & I kicked up our heels & went wild this week!

After numerous days watching rain we sped off to Mummy's Mecca - The Trafford Centre to throw pennies into fountains & drunk posh juice smoothies

Oh Ma'ma that voice at the end is someone else's Grandma who gave Gabey her pennies too!

We ordered a posh fruit smoothie with extra fruit to share & had great giggly fun drinking it on a bench

And after juice, fountains & general running around excitement Gabey was treated to new play mobile that he chose his very self!

And now G has a new splash suit for all the wet weather, R will have a lovely cherry red snowsuit when it arrives & as well as fun at the mall we had a lovely morning with best friend Orla at Manchester Museum eating cakes & seeing dinosaurs!
Fun times indeed! Lots of thank you's to our Aunty/Great Aunty Melanie for helping us go wild this week :) xx
